BOOKING A TABLE
You may book a table either directly through the Events & Tables page or contacting us via email or any of our social media channels.
If you book via contacting us, we will reserve your space and you will be able to pay your table fee upon arrival.
TABLE BOOKING DURATION
Tables are typically booked out in four hour slots, however we may be able to accommodate longer bookings depending on demand and scheduling. Please contact us to arrange a longer booking.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your booking please inform us as soon as possible so we can release your spot to another player.
If you have booked via the website and we are informed before your slot begins, we will refund your booking to store credit. You can either use this to book a table for another time or use it in-store!
WHO CAN PLAY AT THE GAME ROOM?
- We sadly cannot accept bookings from under 14s unless they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Dogs are welcome for 'drop-ins' to the shop, but not for the duration of your session. Please leave any furry friends at home if you're coming to play at The Game Room.
- You are welcome to order hot food to The Game Room, but we'd appreciate it if you could refrain from bringing outside drinks or snacks.
